MY SILKROAD WONT INSTALL

I have tryed installing silkroad for about 4 days trying over and over again downloading different clients from different places and i download the client and run it. After i run it and it finishes nothing happens. It is like silkroad never installed and the client didnt install silkroad. I had my firewall down please help me i cannot get the launcher for silkroad to even come up and the client wont download.

Are u using AVG?
There is currently a problem between AVG & Silkroad
AVG recognises silkroad as a trojan, removing the game file OR removing Silkroad just after installation.

so do i remove AVG? and i do have it

I have had silkroad with it before and i then took it off my computer and tryed reinstalling it and it wont work so i dont think that is the problem
