Hmm.. no faces...

Whenever I play SRO on my Desktop, I cant see my character or partymates faces(on the circle beside your HP/Mp/Lvl. But when I play on my laptop I can see it... The wierd thing is that my laptop's specs are slightly lower than my Desktop... So I dont think its a hardware problem or something related to my desktops specs...and the other wierd thing is I can only play for 30mins with my laptop before an error pops up(no its not the one with ?????????). any ideas why I cant see it in my desktop but I can see it with my laptop?

hmmm, i actually have no idea on the face thing....as for getting an error every thirty minutes, are you using a wireless internet thing? If so, you might just lose connection for tiny bit of space

Make sure your graphics drivers and DirectX versions are fully up-to-date.

i have this issue as well; my laptop has faceless party members, my desktop shows them fime. never bothered me though.

me to, and I also have a laptop, i think its because most lappys have integrated vid cards :S

If you have an integrated card, check that your mobo has the latest drivers as well. There's a link on the Silkroad site for mobo utlitities on this page.
