When i turn on the bloom, why does evrything looks choppy and weird?lol
Resolution 1680 x 1050
Graphic All High
But when i turn all on and high it looks really choppy and i only can see my char normal, evrything else is flat and brown colored, it only fixes when i turn Bloom option off, why is it so?

Have not heard of a problem with Bloom before, not even sure what that option does.
1680 by 1050? My 8800GS won't even run 1440 by 900 that well. Probably some of it is the network connection. What kind of video card do you have?

lol mines 8600 GT 256 mb, it runs 1680 x 1050 supercool on all high eexcept bloom, try it without bloom it will work fine too 
Bloom is an option when u scroll down the graphic settings, it adds natural glow like sunlight reflect to materials
