[Need help and fast] I do not recieve Email from joymax...

i cant change my pw because i dont get an email from them.
my email is in gmail and i have tried several times but still no email....
some1 has the same prob?
or knows what to do?

This is the exact same problem im having, not much we can do about it

i have the same problem just that i just signed up to joymax and i need to click the "Email Verification" on the top right and i need to receive the Verification Code...i asume that after i verify my email THEN i will be able to change my pw and much more. (FFS i hope i didnt forget my secret answer cuz them im (nicely saying) fudged up ;/ xD
