ok well my freind is having trouble getting the game to work, it says it is undergoing updates all the time and comes up with the start screen but with no news or the Start button please help me sort this out he is getting on my flarking nerves

You're friend's either behind a firewall, or some serious anti-virus. Anyway, if its anti-virus, you should be OK, otherwise you will need to configure the proxy/firewall for Silkroad. If all else fails, PM me and I'll show you how to use programs which you can download to get around the proxy/firewall.
