Select a protector

When i try to make a European character it keeps telling me "select a protector" what does that mean?

select the type of armor you wish to start off with

Please help me locate it, i can't seem to find were it says armor...

The bottom scroll bar, saying: "CLoth"
Now it's set to nothing. Choose from Robe/ Light Armor / Heavy Armor
(Will depend on choice of weapon/mastery)

As of now you will only be able to choose Light Armor, since it's a rogue.
