Europian Inventory Expansion Quest

I'm level 19 and I forgot to do the quest...now I can't find who to go to to do the quest. Is it still possible to do it level 19 or 20?

it reaally doesnt matter i did that quest when i was like 25+ so you can do it anyways

I went all the way to 42 w/o that quest, i was to lazy to interact with the npcs and read all they talked.
Just figured out i could increase my inventory size when i joined my first guild on alexander (was waiting for a latin one) and i had no problems doing it, even at a high lvl.
I had some trouble however, going with a rogue w/o that quest, needed to get bolt drops otherwise i coudn't stay for very long on the train spots.

LOL, one of my friend got plvl and didnt do that quest till he is lvl 90 XD

Im farming atm at level 52, and i still havnt done it =)

Ive just took this quest, im lvl 20 and im not getting any Movia Grasses 
Ive killed atleast 100 Movias now and still no Grass drops Anyone know why? Ive pressed Q and checked I do have the quest...
Edit: Nevermind, as soon as I moved places, away from Const enterance, I started getting them ^^

Yeah, you need the level 2 mobs, not level 1.
There are no level 2 Chinese mobs, so mangyangs will drop them. Thats where people get confused.

there are 2 kinds of movi' movia & movai, dont remember which one is the one for the grass quest but the one you want is the light green one
as to the original question yes you can do the quest
just talk to the npc near the exit gates at constan to get started or go the acces npc to get the expansion quest if you dont really want to do all the newb quests

the two kinds are moVIA and moVOI, what you need is moVOI grass. The colors are different, moVOIs are a brigther green than moVIAs

Yo the quest asks you to hunt MOVOI's and get there drops. If you hunt MOVIA's they wont drop them. Movoi's are a slightly lighter shade of green. I was confused the first time i did the quest too.
