This may be a stupid question but:

when i see movies/pics about sro, some ppl have their hp/mp above on their head, a red and a bleu stripe, i was wondering what i had to do to have that too.

System -> Option -> Setting -> [Indicate Name Settings] scroll down and and a V next to "Self Condition"

I also advice u turn off Party Buff status, as it causes lag & increases the space pt members take on the left side of the screen.
System -> Option -> Setting -> [Game Settings] scroll down and and remove V next to "Party Buff Status"
