lvl 90 inventory expansion?

When i leveled to 90 i opened the new quest thing that pops up but closed it too fast and didn't quite see what the new quest was. I thought it said something about inventory expansion (3rd one) in rok mountain? Anyone know where to start this quest, couldn't find anything on joymax website.

Inventory Expansion 90 1 Starting NPC: Village of Wind Town Roc Mountain's towner Anashya
1. Related Mob : Rocky.
2. Objective : Collect 50 Light Feathers.
3. Return to Starting NPC.(X-3767,Y-292)
4. Other Expansion Quests Must Be Completed Before This One.
* Inventory Expansion 2 Slots.
