First , whats it for? I sort of know its for job but can someone explain it more in detail to me? Also, whats the stats of it?

Secondly, i know you can summon cerebus with a euro quest but do the quest summoned cerebus drop anything decent? Is it anything similar to a real one? Also, lets say i summoned it and killed it with my friends. Would they finish the quest too or can they summon it out themselves? And would i be able to help him kill it after i finish the quest?

GDFs are only in the old servers, they are not for jobbing, the have 2 str/int and look cool
cerberus must be summoned by a party of people doing the same quest if not only the person with that quest will go to cerberus

You don't drop stuff from that quest Cerberus, it's not like the real Cerberus. You get lots of XP though if you kill him at lower level (got 35% of a level a bit above level 20).

All the players in the autoshare party in possession of the special stone or players in that party that already did the quest will teleport to there. The stone will disappear from their inventory. If you want to redo the quest you can join a party with a party leader in possession of the call of hell.

What the reward for Cerb quest? Isn't it a 3hour 20% damage increase scroll or something?

I think damage absorption scroll for 2 hours. The final ong quest is a increased rate scroll for 2 hours, Ivy quest gives refill zerk scrolls. Excepted scrolls you don't get stuff, I think that the poster was more referring to a eventual sox drop like from uniques in game.
