well im a lvl35 wiz and im not upgrading lighning 4 now cause i dont have enough sp i will upgrade it later or should i do it now

In my experience with Wizard, lightning isn't really needed. I didn't pick it at all and my char was pretty strong (Cold, Fire and Earth books). I'll let other people help you out because I'm not a wizard expert, but I really dont think you need it at all nevermind need it right now.
