Well you see, when anyone posts a reply on a topic, it goes in first place, and all other posts go down ... then when your post go on second page (where noone will watch it anymore, since everyone watches 1st page normally), and you dont have anything smart to add, and you didnt get answer to your question, you type "BUMP" (Bring Up My Post) so your post comes to 1st page, on the top and it will have more chance people will read it & answer your question.
