HP/MP per STR/INT point

I know i have seen this somewhere, but i can't find it. YEs, i used the search botton, but it gives me 780 pages with results...or i am doing something wrong...
So if someone can help me, i know how manu HP gives 1 STR point on each lvl. I would apriciate it guys, thanks in advance.

the amount of hp and mp per point varies depending on what lvl you are, at lvl 90 1 str or int point give you 59 if i remember correctly

You must be talking about this one. Death2All calculate the exact value of each HP/MP point using Number Theory and Numerical Analysis:
