Guild steals SP?

A person I just met , that was wearing 8D+ armor told me he didn't have a guild because it steals your SP.
Is that true?
I thought The SP you earned was the Sp the guild earned but without taking your SP away
PS: I'm not talking about the heart sign that converts you SP into GP

Lol, a guild DOES NOT steal sp
For every 1 sp u collect, u get 1 guildpoint
It's not because they are wearing 8D, that they can't be noobs...

That's the only reason I payed attention to him because of his armor lol
yeah that's what I thought I get a SP teh Guild gets an SP, but it doesn't subtract from me =], thanks for clarifying

Obviously he bought the hi-lvl account from someone. Because he dont know how Silkroad works.

He's euro , not that they can't bot, so most likely bought xD I'll try to ask him today
