Screen Resolution

My Windows screen resolution is 1280x1024 and my SRO resolution is 1024x768. Having my SRO res. on 1024x768 makes it smooth but when it's on 1280x1024 it's really slow. Is there a way to fix this? My monitor is 17 inch. Would a bigger monitor fix this? Coz when I'm playing SRO and using the Internet, my Internet is massive and blurry.
*EDIT* Should this be in Questions and Answers?

It'd be better in the "Technical Help" section of the forum

It's most likely your RAM or your graphics card that can't handle sro on 1280x1024.
One thing you can try is to put it at max and then windowed mode, it should made things a bit smoother. If that doesn't work you should upgrade your pc.

Go to options, last tab. You see 2 scroll bars there, use the 2nd one and look for windowed mode in the right row.
