How I can do chargeback?

Hi all! I bought 300 Silk on Gaia but now I want back to Hera .. I paid by Paypal with credit card, how I can get my money back? I dont care if they ban my account I only want my money back

go to paypal.com and go to resolution center and open a case claiming that u didn't receive the product

They ban your paypal account from charging silk again, so hopefully you don't want to buy silk on hera ever again

I just open a case claiming that I didnt receive the product, but they can check this no? They know if I receive the product or not

I cant do chargeback ... they send me this:
This transaction is connected to Invoice ID: PU20080902192758521572 for the transaction that was completed at 2008-09-02 19:28 Korean Standard time. 300 Silk is confirmed to been deposited to (ID account). You have 22 silk remaining which means you have used the silk. This is a false claim and will be reported to Paypal as such.

Who did you send the email to? And it wasn't exactly a smart idea to use the Silk because you're going to be switcthing server anyway...
ALSO, you can only chargeback if you used a card (bank transfer via paypal is non-refundable).

If you charge silk on 2 differents accounts, and chargeback one of them, joymax ban both account or only one ?

Only one because as long as its two competely different characters. There's no possible way for them to ban an account that didn't chargeback just because someone else with the same IP did.

Sure, but if both sro account use the same paypal account ?
