I'AM IN REALY NEED OF AN ADVICE I MADE RIGHT KNOW AN VERY BIG MISTAKE

i changed my pw into an 12+ digit pw and i cannot enter anymore because i made it to large is there somehow an methoed how to reset my pw

please answer as quick as posible

You can change your password via Joymax Portal. I had the same thing going on a while ago, if nothing's changed you should be fine.

but i cannot access it because it does not alow me to write more then 12 digit's
can't it be requested somehow by joymax to reset the pw

Send a bug report on sro homepage..

Or send an email to joymax.. i think they can reset your password i guess..

A friend had the same problem, i tried it and somehow it worked if you removed the last symbols so it fits in the 12 when im in the loginscreen

For example your pw is password12345 (13 symbols) remove the 5 so it looks like this: password1234

thnx guys but it worked just with 12 digit of 14,

so if there happens again write just the first 12 digit and it works:):D;)
