Help with Party Quest Pls.

Hi everyone I'm very new here so please forgive my lack of knowledge. I am having trouble finishing the join party quest. I have formed a few parties with the correct options marked and the few times someone would join I still wan't able to finish the quest. The ones that invite me don't have the correct options marked for me to finish the quest. I have tried to use the party match but then I don't know how to find the right party if I'm accepted or they don't accept me. If anyone can help me with this problem I would appreciate it!

someone must join ur pt, just run around and invite random ppl

here's what i do,
in the party match system look for the right kind of party made by a euro char (why, they understand the quest)
in the party match system there is a key for you to whisper that player
ask them if you can join for 1 minute so you can do the quest
most will let you, dont forget to thank them

it work just if the party master isnt a turk or a bad english guy

Thank you all so much!! I have invited people to my party.. few accepted but I had the right options and all but the quest still show "in progress" I will try the other suggestions! And once again thank you all for the advice!

Thanks to all who took the time to reply. I finally had to drop the quest then start it again. Once I did that the first party I formed completed the quest.
