return scrolls

hi ^^
im on uranus server, and im still noobie and have those beginer scrolls, i use them when i want and i use that little guy that teleport us to last recall place and last place you died..
so far so good!
my two mates that play always in my team, since they start playing everytime they talk to that teeport guy and try use a scrolls it says that cannot be carried out or something, and they just cant teleport.. : s
its weird..
anyone know why? :S

if u absolutely need it remove all quests that restrict them

its that herl deliver quest in the begining, they both have it LOL
