Do I need some kind of add on or something??

Ive seen screenshots on here, of people that somehow have the game display the HP and MP of surrounding players over their heads. Is this some kind of add on, or PK2 edit??
I'm quite interested, so any help is much appreciated

it's in the options menu on the last panel
it says something like character status or something

yeah,
Escape > Options > Setting > (i think its COS Conditon. you can also set your hp/mp to blink when its low, set monsters hp above their heads, pt members, and yours.
