seal of star?

I was wondering, if you get a seal of star item, is it possible to take that seal of star and put it onto a different item? possibly one of a higher degree?

take it easy on the guy. when i first started playing i thought that sox was like an alchemy stone. u would get a tablet that said alchemy tablet of sun. then you would put it on wep. and BAM sun. ^^

I've seen your posts in many other threads here and I have come to the conclusion that you're one big ass ****. Geez dude, why do you always have to be flaming everyone. for 2 weeks when i first started i didnt know there was a scroll arrow for more skills, lol
the Q&A section is for people who dont really know to get someone to answer thier question, just because its dumb for you, dont have to go off on the asker
