Anyone started a tablet guide?

I know there is a guide (great job btw) stickied about what ites refine to what elements.
Does anyone have or know of one that lists all of the tablets and elements needed for them? I'm hoping to do some alchemy this week and want to ensure I have the proper ingredients.
