- The mobs which has this scroll(or wth) gives less exp and sp than normal ones. O.o

Quest mobs, several mobs throughout sro got those things. They are special mobs with more hp and they are used for quests ofcourse XD hehe

I dont beleive the hp thingy, cuz i 1hit this mobs.

Doubt it...I plvled on angry sunsungs (also with those things above there head) and I couldn't 1hit them with my wiz..while a normal hit was already overkill on a normal sunsung.

Try this lvl40 huns, u'll 1hit them for sure...

Some have high hp, some lower, some same, but for all i know they give crappy exp

Yeah thats true.. i get more than 1k exp from a lvl35 hun archer, and ~500 from this mobs

no I fought the hungry blood ong and they had the hp of a Party Blood Ong.
