I was wondering whats the best class to got all out Pure PVE until LvL 40? (Chinese Only)
Would it be Pure INT Spear? Or somthing else?

Yes Pure Int spear with
90 fire/cold/lightning and 30 whatever else

but for just getting to level 40? Would a str or INT S/S be better then spear?

Lol, those levels are out of my league for now. I plan to enjoy silkroad at 40, then maybe I'll head for 90.

Well Spear isnt that good before lvl 30 but after that its best Chinese PvE char.
