I know that we get xp when getting to lvl 40 in an academy, but is it the same for lvl 60 ?

I am lvl 59 atm and in my academy since lvl 48 so will i get something when i'll get to lvl 60

And i just saw that i have 2 honor points...but i always thought you get them only if your the leader and that someone had graduated so how can i have gotten them ?

Last question : how many honour points you need to get the sosun weapon and how much you get per graduated member?

1 per graduate

and I believe 10 for the SOx and to get 10 quickly you will need to plvl people in my academy (only lvl 30) the leader dosent plvl and only has like 2 graduates and its been nearly 10 days since I joined so getting those 10points wont be easy.

Per level you get one honor point.

Sosun is worth about 2600 Honor point's
BUT keep in mind honor weapons are only available for chinese characters.
European weapons are not implented yet.

I just got to lvl 60 and got nothing... answered my question myself
