So,
I have Cleric as subclass and Ive added the healing and resurrecting skills from Cleric subclass. But I cant use them because I have the wrong equipment... Do I need to have a cleric rod instead of a staff?
Is cleric rod/shield and staff like chinese sword/shield and spear?
Wizard question, again :)

No you need a rod which you can buy from Constantopile weapon shop.

Re: Wizard question, again :)
Cleric skills = Cleric rod
(shield is not absolutely necessary if you are only ressing or casting healing then switching back to wizard right away)
Wizard skills = Staff
You need to have both weapons and switch between them when you want to use the skills from each class.
