Is there more places where only general mobs spawn? like at maongs and penon warriors.

You mean without Giants? ... Sonars , Snipers ... hmmm cant remember anymore ...

Not sure what you mean...party mobs only spawn when you're in a party and in your general area so anyone around you can generate a pt mob.

As for non-champs or giants, sonars is the only one I remember, don't remember the lower level mobs (11+)
If faith is a crutch, I'm not limping anymore.
