Hey, I just have some quick questions on the Skill Reallocation Potion you can buy before I buy it...
1. How does it switch? I am on Europe so would it just make it as if I had never trained anything on, for example, wizz, and put a bunch of skills on, also for example, rouge?
2. Can I transfer Str to Int and vice versa?
Any other help would be greatly appreciated

it dlvls skills and mastery. if u have lvl 30 wiz, you can dlvl it all the way to 0, so you don't have wiz anymore.
