Is it possible to change and account password if you have no idea what you kept as the secret answer ?
Reason: cause i was hacked and the hacker still sometimes access my account, and i just cant keep anything with me, and its been long time since i created the account and dont remember what i kept as the secret answer, although i still have the registration and activation e-mail from joymax but they only mentioned that ID and the password but not the secret answer.
Anyone can help in any way ?

Ya sorry man, there is nothing you can do. This has been complained about for a long time. Best bet just accept it as a lose and make a new account. I have the same problem with a rogue of mine(but I also forgot pw to e-mail)so even if I could remeber secret answer I couldn't change.
If you want to keep that account you could just always try everyday guessing you answer until you ran into it. Might take awhile but maybe one day you could get it.
I wouldnt take a chance though. The one day you get a sun drop the hacker will decide to login and be pleasently suprised. Just make a new account and write answer down or super easy to remember.
