Rogue->ongs

So, I heard you can powerfarm your nub chars really fast at the ongs, now my question is when I should start powerlvling there with my rogue..
My rogue is currently lv55 and has a 0gap..

Not necessary to be that high. I'd say 64 is enough.

at the quest ongs... 72+

Wizard lvl 56+ is enough too, I have a lvl 61 wizard and I one hit them with weak skills (e.g. Fire bolt, frozen spear)
I have good int on my gear tho, I think a Rogue lvl 64 is enough to one hit them

For you it would take about 65+ because your a str but wizards do it at lvl 50 since they can PvE very good.
