so i want to know the benefit for making 1

there really isnt that much of an advantage besides having high lvl guildmates pl you to get gp in the guild ^^

Making a guild has no benifits what so ever. You no longer have access to Mercenarys after the job update. It is hard to find lowbies that are active and not doing illegal activities, so my advice would be to find a guild that already has people in it, that way you dont have any of the GM headache and you can play with experienced players.
