how can i put link in signature

I wanna have it show for example: " CLICK HERE"

I totaly forgot how to do it..... I knew it a year ago since i always went on forums but i havnt been on any forums for some time. Hope you can explain the crap to me.

Also if you can explain how to put in custom " size" of picture. Somehow some small pictures cant be uploaded here, i just cant think of any reason then the size.

Uhm.... I uploaded a small icon like 200x200 size at imageshack but i couldnt put it up in signature. It said something about couldnt read dimension size.

So why?

and you put the url tag in your sig wrong -_-

it's [url=*INSERT URL HERE*]blablablabla[/url]
