hi people lately im having trouble leveling my str glaiver and hes only level 22 i grind alot but it still wont help its really slow i grind on monsters that are -3 levels then me and i was wondering if i gain slow
exp because of my build or because im grinding wrong?

Start grinding on higher lvl mobs. Close your gap maybe. Use AoE attacks. Don't go 1 by 1, but get alot on you and then kill them all at once. Pure str's are slow lvlers.

quest will help you level much faster when you're gapping. I believe around 4x-5x there are no more quest. They do this to make silk purchase more enticing as that is the point at which the grind starts to climb. It really makes a leap from 63-64.
