Is black/lightening hawk useful?

People always say max 1st and 3rd books so are they useful for any reasons?

Im not a bower and have no experiance of bow but i think thoose skills give +attack rating or anything and dont summon an useless bird.

1st and 3rd books are white and blue hawk, so i guess that answers your question.
black and lightning isnt good, but its a prerequisite for having the flame hawk at lvl 100.

hmm.. so you reckon I should it get now to prepare for lvl 100 patch?

ofc cuz i think the lvl 100 hawk has attack rating increase along with it attacks.
