There is no minimum level, but I believe most academy leaders want Lv30+ players..

There is no minimum level, most smart academy leaders prefer level 1 players,
unless they're just going for the number of graduates.

Ok why 30+? The Guardian dont gain anything then...
anything from lvl 1-29, where the guardian actually get honor points...
