where should i pwlvl ?? need really fast answer!

hi guys or girls, i have two accounts one lvl 73 wizz and one lvl 29 glavie i would like to know were should i pwlvl my lvl 29 glavie,like at what monters.
and
also know what is the diference of lvl the player has to be and the monster so the player gets the max exp (player is the guy that is getting pwlvl)

11 lvl gap between ur noob and mob gets it the best exp

What level are golems? Is there a safe spot?
I'd say angry sosungs or w/e they're called, level 40 with lots of HP. (I think they're 40 at least)
