Thief->Bandit Scroll

When you robbed someone, and you use this scroll, are you able to get back in the city?
To prevent getting killed by npc/player hunters?

under no conditions may a thief with a transport enter town. =[

You can go into town. But your transport gets stuck at the gate on the outside.

O.O I was never let into town. Then again, I was never anywhere near town when I killed a trader and stole their loot then activated my scroll.

Run into town -> log out -> log in -> on your transport in town.
Don't know if it still works tho.

Bandit scroll? You mean the red one? If a thief use it, it will transfer the thief to the thief town where he can sell all the loots. If that's what you mean.
