I just recently started a new character (chinese ice/light bowman) and have a couple questions regarding SP farming on this character.

I had a pure STR Glavie before and didn't really need to farm much at all (only 2 masteries) but for my new build i will be needing about an extra 230k SP. I have farmed before and understand how it works, but my question is: If i were to farm at lvl 16 at the den, how long will it take to gather 230k without any kind of ticket from the item mall? I have plenty of gold so buying an SoS/SoM bow is really no problem.

I know many of you will suggest powerfarming, but all of the times i got someone to plevel me i ended up getting scammed (they leave after 10 minutes of killing mobs).

Also, i recently acquired a lvl 24 SoS bow and i was wondering if there is a good place to farm at lvl 24 (i was thinking that maybe i could do half at lvl 16 and half at lvl 24 to ease the boredom a bit).

At lvl 24 try either the Ghost soliders or the demon horses

Oi! I farmed 130k at Bandits with my pure Int Nuker and finished two months ago, he's not the only one =(

130k aint that much,, there are several peeps who farm 900k at ong taxies,, they want to be fully farmed for 100 cap :o

Yeah but grinding at Bandits 130k > 1 mil. at Ongs ... People appreciate it more (if he's telling the truth)

Start 9 gapping from lvl 9 then continue leveling until you get the 230 sp. It's really boring farming at one particular mob.

Dude it took me about 5 months with Premium + Gold Tickets to get 130k at Bandits... if I spent the same amount of time at Ongs I would be on like 1.4 million SP !! And yes Nitro, I am telling the truth. I have the Lvl 16 SoM + 5 Bow and all the 3D SoS Gear to prove it

You'd had much much more ... since people usually get 30k / day...
5months = 5 * 28 = 140 days
140 days * 30k = 3 200k Sp = 3,2 Mil Sp

And yet, I don't care. It was so satisfying at the end of it! And I wasn't playing every single day, that why it took so long =P The way I see it, I'll raise this Pure INT Nuker to lvl 72 and then I'll use it to Pfarm any other char that I make. I think that's fair

Dude, I'm goin to try and help you out cause I've done a lot of Solo SP Farming. What build are you making now? Pure INT or Pure STR ? And I'm guessing you're Chinese if you're talking about buying a Bow...

Ok, with the 90% Balance I'm sure you can afford a few INT Points. The BEST way for solo farming is at bandit archers, nowhere else. Between levels 16-20 is ideal. The objective is to one hit bandit archers, preferably only using imbue + normal attack. In order to do this, you will need either an SoS +7 bow or an SoM + 3, something very powerful. If you can afford it (like you said you can) I would buy it. Also make sure you have Int + Str increases on ALL of your gear for extra damage.
Get your fire and bow mastery to lvl 7, get Fire Imbue, Anti Devil Bow and 2 Arrow combo. Once your masteries are at 7, don't touch them (this way you'll have a 9 gap at 16)

Since nobody farms at archers anymore, you should have no problem setting up a nice little spot for yourself. And even if someone does come along, if you can one hit them you shouldn't have any problem ksing them until they leave.

If you need to farm 230k SP at Bandits, get Premium plus (for 30k SP Seed quest) and a Gold ticket. All in all, you will get roughly around 2-3k SP Per day... meaning it will take you around 100 days to be fully farmed (If you play for 3 hours every day that is) which is around 3-4 months. Don't forget to include the time it takes you to delvl. If you have a resser friend (or two pcs and a high level force user/cleric) it will make it so much faster. Otherwise, teleport to Donwang and keep running out east and get killed by Earth Ghosts.

If you need to know the spot for fast spawning archers I'll send you a screenshot.

PROS:

The satisfaction after getting all the SP is unbelievable
You don't need to worry about getting conned at Ongs
You'll save a lot more money and probably get a bunch of nice drops at Archers

CONS:

It's time consuming
It's boring
It will probably make you commit suicide

First off, Bow NEEDS Fire imbue! And w/o premium, it might be pretty damn annoying to farm for a while, but once you get good it can go pretty fast. A couple of months. To ease boredom, maybe at like level 51 or something farm on penons or w/e those monsters are called at that level with a 9 gap.

I'm getting pretty sick of people that repeat something that has already been said without reading all the other comments -_-

Sry bout the fire imbue part... I mean the farming at lvl 51, it will ease monotony so you can farm easier.

He shouldn't be farming at 45+ anyway, it's way too high a level to be farmed at... better off bandit farming.

Well to tell you a am a bowman i am farming to get three masteries up to lvl 100 i need about 1.3mil of sp so when i get 1.27mil of sp i will close my gap i will be farming at ongs until that and then go from there and have 0 gap after that so when 100cap comes out i will be FF so gl and have a fun 3 months at ongs
