WHERE IS MERCHANT RETTO IVE LOOKED LIKE EVERYWHERE. CAN SOME1 GIVE ME CORDIANTS OR A PICTURE.

Second I've never heard of a Retto before and I just checked on sro.mmosite.com and he's not listed as a NPC so idk....I may have missed him feel free to check for your self at sro.mmosite.com and click on NPC's *theres a euro one and a China one*

sorry about caps and hes supposed to be a merchant at evil order fortress. And i think i already found the answer: he doesnt exist yet
