From the looks of things, ctf will last until Joymax announces an end-date. ATM, there is no announced end.

I see more and more people only joining in for the exp and then leave >.> We had 4 out of 8 yesterday that left after the mobs died, it's something I can't take damn.

If you think thats bad... try being a lvl 34 (bard) and go on the event and get lvl 45 mobs (i've already got the penguins...)
AND all the other people on the event just use the return scrolls without trying to kill anything and you just stay there alone "trying" to get the key

I've had that a few times and I just returnscroll as soon as I see either no mobs or high lvl mobs rofl...I get away while I can instead of getting raped by lvl 60 mobs.
