wht is the appropriate level and sp gap, to use the extra xp gold nd silver scrolls, given to new characters????

hi! well, it would actually depend on you, i know some, especially those who are on premium who never used em...in my case, i used the silver ticket when i was level 39 and the gold ticket when i was 59...lol...i needed them for the extra xp boost during those levels...
