Gaps & deleveling

if a character had a 0 gap...but he got killed n delvled...
would his mastery lvl go down as well...?
or stay n cause a -1 gap...?

his mastery lvl will stay the same

You never seen lvl ~24 guys with llvl 60+ skills? That's because they were 60+ but because they got hacked and got murder status which delvled them back to 24 or 32 or w/ ever.
So yeah, your mastery will stay the same.
