how do you change the size of your skill bar and etc

in most screen shots I see people with a smaller skiller bar hp/mp bar, academy chat, and the party thing. How do you do that? I can't find it in options.

other than the chat window I don't think you can change the size of the windows and bars, what you might be seeing is screenshots with a higher resolution than what your used to, so these things look like they've had that sizes changed.

Higher resolution, it makes everything look smaller, and i THINK you can see more than with a lower resolution.

Edit: No the zoom lvl stays the same.
