Quick Question...

So lets say I have Grass Walk - Flow Lvl6 so i get +35% walking speed
But I'm also wearing garms, so i get +20% walking speed
Does that mean I actually have +55% Walking Speed??? or is there a formula to calculate this? or it takes only the highest %???

35% + 20% = 55%
