it lasts longer the longer you kill monsters before transfering the buff to the guardian.
More exp for you = always good.

also, once you graduate at lvl 40, if you entered the academy before you reached lvl 30, you get what turns to about 40% free exp so you're instantly lvl 40 with 40%.

it never hurts being in an academy, the only problem is the nagging you receive for powerlevel if you are the academy leader.

press 'L' to bring up the academy matching list and join one.
yes you can quit your academy at any time, but you have to wait another day before you can join another one. The leader can also ban you whenever they want if you're annoying or aren't lvling fast enough (inactive).

for um k 2 things
academy making cost 100k, u can make at storage
lvl 1~40 is apprentice and lv 40~60 is guardian junior..

so if someone joins ur academy on lv 4 and graduates at lvl 40 u will get honor points on base how many lvl they made in ur academy so .. 40 -4=36, u will get 36 honor points
same goes for lvl 1, its 40 honors or 39 i dunno
with honors u can buy academy seal of star/moon/sun weaps or academy buffs
lvl 40 graduate he will get 2m exp its 40%
and lvl 40~60 guardian juniors when they graduate they get nothing, only leech honor
so dont take them XD
if u get 10 honors they will get 1
i dunno if they take one from u or get 1
but just dont take it, theres a BAN bugg in game
if guardian junior lvl 40 delvls to lv 39, whole academy gets banned untill that lv 39 leaves academy.. so never
i dunno if that bug is still there, just dont take guardians
u will get acumulated buff from aprentice, its 10% extra exp
guardian juniors dont give acumulated, so they dont geta cumulated buff

Tell me more, what kind of weapons are availeble.
(Dont tell me all kind) things like what stats and + will they have.
