cant get this stupid quest!

i wanna get the heongcheon quest where you need to get 100 hard stones and i cant get it.
maybe im at the wrong person or maybe i need to do another quest. i have done the asa flute and the timed dead ravine quest. and i think its from the ticket seller at the north tarim ferry on dw side.
can ny1 help!

Try canceling it and take it again. Helps me always

not sure it's a long while ago since I did the quest but I think that you need the timed ravine quest first, the one from the blacksmith in don.

Makes no mention of needing prior quest
Are you high enough lvl for it to appear as a choice?

Maybe its one of those time quest, where u can get it only at a certain time of the day, i know some of them are, can't remember which ones tho its been awhile
