Buying silk question???

So there are two ways to buy silk:
1. Credit Card
2. PayPal
whats the difference. Because as i see, you pay PayPal with a credit card too, or did i got something wrong there???

some people have a paypal bank acct...
other times credit cards cant be visa verified and such to do the credit card option...
the credit card option sends the money from your acct to joymax directly... which may cause problems if your bank gets suspicious of out of country transactions...
the paypal option lets you pay paypal with your credit card.. then paypal pays joymax... its also safer... i think...

I want to register for paypal to buy some silk, but my county is not in the list.
What should i do???

or some peopl would rather pay with paypal because they trust it more (you cant give credic card numbers out to every site)

pick another country then? you can basicly register at paypal with false personal information as long as you register with a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
after you validated your paypal account (just skip the creditcard part, that's optional) just deposit some cash on it through digital banking and off you go
