roc mountain powerlvl spots.

Guys i really need help. i want too get powerlvld but are there any save spots with good spawnrates in roc mountain ? i hope u guys can help me. ty very much..

Well black eagles are good for plvl, because they are passive. Around the lake they have good spown rate too... i can't think of anyothers for now :)

But Champs and Giants are not passive. If you want to PL at those level mobs, its best to go go Taklamakan at Snipers. Also Generals have one or two PL spots.
