Can someone explain them to me?
Do you need to be certain lvls? Or buy silk or stuff?

i checked the FAQ and still can't find if theres a lvl requirement to join a guild.?

There's no level requirement to buy silk and stuffs. Also, there is no level requirement in joining a guild. Although, all guilds have their own level requirement. Just ask the guild leader about this.

You have to pay money to create a guild, I don't believe there is a level requirement though.

also you need to pay to lvl up your guild
if you lvl up your guild you get guild storage/ more people who can join / union / grantnames / and guild icons.

and as the guild advances to the next level more GP and Gold is needed.
Max level is 5.
