Ok. So I used my uncles credit card and bought 500 silk for memorial day. And he said he wanted me to take $30 i guess so he charged back $20. So what will happen to me?

You will be banned for charge back. You can try and recover your account but it takes about 1-2 months.

If he charge back it, you'll get most likely banned.

Sh1t. I asked one of my friend and he said they take it as a stolen credit card and even if it was stolen how do they know it was stolen?
